Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) Designation Course

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) desingation course seeks to instill knowledge and understanding of and care for 50+ clients and_ customers. Develop the business building skills and resources needed for specialization in the 50+ real estate market. This 2-day course is state- approved for 11-hours of Continuing Education (CE) credits. Instructed by Jean Dorazio, Florida REALTORS-approved instructor. The SRES® designation course counts as credit toward earning the SRES® Designation, awarded by the SRES® Council. It also meets the elective_ course requirement for the ABR® Designation. A copy of the course completion certificate is required to receive credit towards your ABR®_ designation. For more information on How to Obtain the SRES Designation visit http://www.seniorsrealestate.com/earn-sres-designation/designation-faqs. Cancellation/Refund Policy: If the course is cancelled a full refund will be issued. If the student fails to appear for the class or fails to cancel, no_ refund will be issued.
